Shipping your package
Delivery at home or in a relay point between 1 to 3 days in Metropolitan France and 2 to 5 days for European countries, from Monday to Friday. Depending on the time of your order, your package will be dispatched the same day or the next day after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS/Colissimo/DPD/Chronopost with a tracking number. Whatever the delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online, as well as emails indicating the delivery date.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system according to the weight as well as the volume of your packages, so make sure you have reached full package capacity to minimize shipping costs.
If required, we also offer pallet transport, for bulky shipments.
