FAST & SECURE SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped quickly after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are available to home addresses or pickup points through our shipping partners: UPS, Colissimo, DPD and Chronopost.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metropolitan France: 1 to 3 business days
- Europe: 2 to 5 business days
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Depending on the order validation time, parcels may be shipped the same day or the following business day.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
A confirmation email containing the tracking link will automatically be sent to allow customers to track their parcel in real time and receive delivery updates.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to:

- volume;
- destination;
- selected shipping method.
To optimize transportation costs, customers are encouraged to group purchases whenever possible.
