The website offers products intended notably for professionals, retailers, resellers and distributors.
XH AFFAIRE reserves the right to request additional information or refuse an order in case of doubt regarding the customer’s identity or activity.
A minimum order amount of €100 excluding taxes (HT) may apply depending on the products or categories concerned.

3. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation.
Product photographs, descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.
XH AFFAIRE reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time.

4. PRICES
Product prices are displayed in euros (€) excluding taxes (HT).
Applicable VAT is calculated and added during checkout according to current tax regulations and the customer’s billing country.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are specified before final order validation.
The total amount including all taxes (TTC) is displayed before final payment confirmation.
For professional customers located within the European Union with a valid intra-community VAT number, invoices may be issued excluding VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.
XH AFFAIRE reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting orders already validated.

5. ORDERS
Orders become final upon payment confirmation.
XH AFFAIRE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
- previous disputes;
- suspected fraud;
- payment default;
- incomplete or incorrect information.

6. PAYMENT
Payments are secured through specialized payment providers.
Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website.
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
No complete banking information is stored by XH AFFAIRE.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on product availability and logistics constraints.
XH AFFAIRE cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.
Customers are required to inspect goods upon delivery.
Any reservation or issue must be reported to the carrier and to XH AFFAIRE within 48 hours of receipt.

8. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Any request for return, exchange or refund must be made in writing to XH AFFAIRE.
No return of goods may be made without prior written approval from XH AFFAIRE.
Returned products must be new, unused and returned in their original packaging.
Any claim regarding damaged, missing or non-compliant products must be reported within 48 hours following delivery.
After review and validation by our service department, an exchange, store credit or refund may be offered depending on the situation.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the error is attributable to XH AFFAIRE.

9. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal right applicable to consumers does not apply to contracts concluded with professionals acting within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity.
As sales made on the website are mainly intended for professionals, no right of withdrawal may be exercised except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Any validated and paid order is considered firm and final.

10. RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of XH AFFAIRE until full payment of invoices has been received, in accordance with Articles 2367 and following of the French Civil Code.

11. LIABILITY
XH AFFAIRE shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or resale of the products sold.
The liability of XH AFFAIRE is limited to the amount of the concerned order.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
XH AFFAIRE shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

13. DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
Failing amicable resolution, competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of XH AFFAIRE unless otherwise required by law.
